At Sports Performance Coaching (SPC), we specialise in developing powerful, explosive, and technically sharp athletes. Whether you're chasing personal bests on the track or looking to gain a competitive edge in your sport, SPC provides elite-level training tailored to your individual goals. Founded by a competitive track and field athlete with over 13 years of experience—and a qualified England Athletics Jumps coach—SPC brings a deep understanding of what it takes to perform at your peak. Every session is rooted in performance principles, delivered with precision, and designed to get results.
SPC is built on the belief that great athletes aren’t born—they’re built. We focus on four key pillars: mental preparation, nutrition, rest & recovery, and athletic ability. From sprint mechanics to explosive power training, we develop the full athlete, not just the physical output. Whether working 1-to-1 or through online programs, our coaching philosophy blends technical mastery, consistency, and athlete accountability to help you train smarter, move better, and compete with confidence.

Mental Preparation
Performance starts in the mind. Great athletes are focused, resilient, and adaptable. Whether it's handling competition pressure or staying motivated during tough training blocks, mental strength is the foundation for long-term success.
Rest & Recovery
Progress doesn’t happen during the session—it happens between them. Rest, sleep, and recovery practices are essential to prevent injury, reduce fatigue, and allow the body to adapt. Recovery is a skill every serious athlete must master.

Athletic Ability
Speed, power, agility, and coordination—these are the building blocks of performance. But athletic ability is more than raw talent; it’s about developing and refining these traits through smart, consistent training.
Nutruition
