Who can benefit from athletic performance training?

Athletic performance training benefits youth athletes, adults, beginners, and elite performers looking to improve speed, strength, coordination, and overall athletic ability.

What ages do you work with?

We work with athletes from early childhood (7+) through to adults, adapting training to suit age, experience, and long-term athletic development needs.

Do you work with beginners as well as elite athletes?

Yes. Programmes are tailored for complete beginners, developing athletes, and high-level performers, ensuring training is appropriate, progressive, and effective.

What sports do you specialise in?

We support athletes from multiple sports including football, athletics, rugby, and team sports, focusing on transferable athletic qualities like speed, power, and movement.

What does a typical sports performance session include?

Sessions typically include a warm-up, movement skills, speed or strength development, sport-specific drills, and conditioning, all delivered in a structured and safe environment.

Do you offer 1:1 and small-group training?

Yes. We offer both one-to-one coaching and small-group sessions to suit individual needs, team environments, and developmental goals.

How often should an athlete train to see results?

Most athletes see noticeable improvements with 1–2 structured training sessions per week, alongside their regular sport participation.

Do you create individualised training programmes?

Yes. All programmes are tailored to the athlete’s age, sport, ability level, and goals, with optional individualised programming available as part of enhanced coaching packages.

Do you offer speed and agility training?

Yes. Speed and agility training is a core part of our sports performance coaching, helping athletes move faster, more efficiently, and with better control.

How long does it take to see performance improvements?

Many athletes notice improvements within 4–6 weeks, with long-term gains developing through consistent training.

How do you ensure safe training for young athletes?

All sessions are age-appropriate and fully supervised by an Enhanced DBS-checked, England Athletics qualified coach, with safeguarding and first aid certification, and full insurance in place to prioritise athlete safety and well-being.

Where are sessions delivered?

Sessions are delivered at Brunel and other suitable locations, with on-site coaching available for clubs and schools across the surrounding areas.
